Now more and more people realized the health benefits of white tea and fell in love with the taste and aroma of white tea. In fact, not only fresh white tea is good for health and taste great, but also the aged white tea. Aged white tea is even healthier and taste better like the puerh tea. With more and more people who like aged white tea, white tea is now also pressed into cakes like puerh as white tea cakes are convenient for storing.
Now, we chose several good kinds of white tea cakes from a wide selection including Bai Mu Dan (White Peony) tea cake and Shoumei white tea cake from the Taimu mountain, Fuding of Fujian province, the original white tea producing area and the Yue Guang Bai (Moonlight white) tea cake from Jinggu of Yunnan province. Bai Mu Dan (White Peony) and Shoumei white teas are now the most widely known and beloved white teas and Yue Guang Bai (Moonlight white) tea as a new member of white tea family came into being less than 10 years ago but soon won great popularity. It was made of tealeaves from Yunnan large leaf tea varieties but made in a different way from Puerh tea. The white tea cakes selected here all differ much in taste and aroma. You would find some delicate, floral and flowery like green tea and some heavy, full-bodied like black tea. They all taste good during current production year and can also age to taste better.
