Introduction: |
Since the tea gardens in Huangshan City are all contracted to households and are managed by individudal tea farmers families, it is difficult to implement joint management with unified organic standards. It is a very challenging task to find organic Keemun. After years of hard work, we finally found this organic Keemun in the Qimen Likou Guniujiang National Nature Reserve.
These old tea bushes in the Guniujiang Nature Reserve were planted many years ago. With the decreasing number of villagers in the villages at the foot of the mountains, and in the deep mountains and dense forests in the reserve, these tea gardens have gradually been abandoned. Over the years, old tea bushes and naturally produced plants have grown together, making it very difficult to pick. Tea workers go into the mountains early in the morning to pick tea for most of the day and can only bring back a small amount of fresh tealeaves. They go down the mountains and go to the village to make it, so the output is very low and the cost is very high. This Organic Semi Wild Keemun Black Tea does not look very good in appearance, but the internal quality is very rich. In addition to the fruity, honey and floral aromas of the general Keemun, it also has the breath of the mountains and is highly recommended.
