The most popular of all jasmine teas, Jasmine Pearl Tea is created by rolling specially plucked long downy shoots of Fuding Dabaicha into little silvery “pearls” which are naturally scented up to multiple times with fresh, aromatic jasmine flowers. Jasmine Pearl Tea is named after the shape of the tea like pearls. Each small pearl is hand rolled. The tea is made by laying fresh jasmine petals atop the tea leaves, then tea leaves atop more petals, and so on. Up to six layers of blossoms alternating with tea leaves are used to create the highest- quality jasmine tea, using flowers picked at their aromatic peak. When the jasmine scent is fully merged with the leaves, the petals are removed, and the tea carefully dried again. Each pearl blossoms when put into water. This stunning Jasmine Pearl Tea has an intense flavor and the beautiful aroma of jasmine.

Jasmine Pearl Tea is like champagne. It goes with almost everything, stands alone, and makes both a perfect hostess gift and a fabulous iced tea drink. Note that jasmine "pearls" are individual tea leaves rolled by hand into tiny balls - each its own little world of flavor. Watch the pearls blossom before your eyes.

Preparation Methods: 1. Put 2g Jasmine Pearl Tea into a glass;
2. Pour into the glass 100ml 80°C water;
3. Brew for 3 minutes;
4. The Jasmine Pearl Tea stands up to four brewing.
Flavor \taste note: Warm, full and enticing creamy leaf lifted by fresh yet heady jasmine aroma. Rich, round and deeply jasmine infused this tippy white tea is long and velvet textured.
Dried leaves: Deftly rolled pearls incorporating lavish ivory tips.

Pale silver-fawn liquor.

Brewed Tealeaves: The brewed Jasmine Pearl tealeaves show a yellowish color, delicate and bright in appearance. The color and length of bud and leaf is consistent and even. When the pearl unfurl, the long bud with leaf is clearly seen in the water. The bud is fleshy with robust and thick leaf. When touched with finger, the bud and leaf are thick, soft and elastic.
