| Introduction: |
Longjing tea is one of Chinese historical tea. The making of longjing tea was dated back to 1,500 years ago. Until now, Longjing tea held its first place among the Top Ten Chinese Tea. The Longjing tea is made in the traditional way of tealeaves harvested from Huangshan area before Gu Yu (Grain Rain, April 20). |
| Preparation Methods: |
1. Put 2g long jing tea into a glass;
2. Pour into glass 100ml 80°C water;
3. Brew for 1-2 minutes. One minute for delicate taste, two minute for stronger taste;
4. The Longjing Tea stands up to three to four brewing. |
