Phoenix Dancong Oolong teas are noted for their ability to naturally imitate the flavors and fragrances of various flowers and fruits, such as orange blossom, orchid, grapefruit, almond. Often, these teas are named after what that particular harvest is reminiscent of: 'Honey Fragrance', 'Almond Fragrance', etc. It is sought after by many tea connoisseurs.

The Mi Lan Xiang (Honey Orchid Fragrance) Phoenix Dancong belongs to the honey aroma category. It was made of tealeaves picked from 30 years old Shui Xian tea trees which grow in the semi-wild and rocky environment in the Wudong mountain at the altitude between 1000-1500 meters. It has the honey and floral aroma, delicate taste, with long-lasting sweet aftertaste. High infusibility and can compete with good Pu Er.

1. Put 5g Phoenix Dancong Oolong into a 100ml ceramic tureen(Gaiwan);
2. Pour into the tureen 100°C water;
3. Brew for 20 seconds for the first brewing, longer time for the following brewing;
4. The Phoenix Dancong Oolong stands up to more than ten brewing.
