| Introduction: | Phoenix Dancong Oolong teas are noted for their ability to naturally imitate the flavors and fragrances of various flowers and fruits, such as orange blossom, orchid, grapefruit, almond. Often, these teas are named after what that particular harvest is reminiscent of: 'Honey Fragrance', 'Almond Fragrance', etc. It is sought after by many tea connoisseurs. The Phoenix Dancong Oolong Yu Lan Xiang was made of the tealeaves picked from old Shui Xian tea trees in the Wudong mountain. Yu Lang Xiang (Magnolia aroma) belongs to the orchid aroma category. Its unique, natural magnolia (Yu Lang flower) aroma and honey taste is pleasant and lingering for a long time. However, though it belongs to orchid aroma category, its aroma and taste is quite different from Da Wu Ye. |
